Why not mark the big occasion with a greeting from President Bush.
The White House offers greetings for a few special occasions. Among those are births. Anyone receiving an
Eagle Scout Award or Girl Scout Gold Award also is eligible for a greeting. In addition, President Bush
will send one for a birthday, but only if the recipient is 80 or older. If for an anniversary, the couple
must have been married at least 50 years.
Greetings must be requested six weeks before the event, in most cases. However, the request must follow
