Strengthen Families

Pray for help for the sisters and their families.
Encourage the sisters to have Family Home Evening, weekly.
Encourage the sisters to speak kindly to their family, even when they do not deserve it.
Encourage the sisters to have date night, consistently each week with their spouse.
Encourage the sisters to spend quality time with each of their children, daily.
Encourage the sisters to listen to their family, with their full attention, as if they were important. They are.
Encourage the sisters to sit down with their spouse and set up agreed upon rules and consequences for their children who do not comply with the rules.
Encourage the sisters to execute the consequences consistently and calmly, without yelling, when the children are noncompliance to those rules.
Encourage the sisters to take out their own endowments, be sealed to their mate and children, do their genealogy, and get the temple work done for their ancestors.

Improve Fellowshipping

Encourage the sisters to do their Visiting Teaching, and to befriend their sisters.
Encourage the sisters to befriend their neighbors and then share the gospel with them.
Encourage the sisters to fellowship the ward members in and outside of church.

Increase Spirituality

Read and ponder the scriptures with the sisters to help them understand their meaning for them.
Encourage the sisters to pray throughout the day in a constant dialogue with Heavenly Father for minute-by-minute help throughout the day.
Encourage and help the sisters to understand the commandments and to keep them.
Encourage the sisters to attend church regularly.
Encourage the sisters to follow the Prophets, Stake President, and Bishopric.
Encourage the sisters to set goals in the Pursuit of Excellence in all these areas to help them get accomplish their goals.
